Job Description

Job Role:
  • Commercially responsible for his/her projects and involved in e.g.: monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities for project
  • Project administration and general support
  • Project cost and cash monitoring, e.g. Order Cost Calculation report, update Plan vs Actual cost, Cashflow, Non Conformance Cost, Claim Management
  • Customer interaction
  • Invoicing and Receivable monitoring and follow up
  • Other commercial project execution related matters, e.g. handling bank guarantee, SKBDN/Giro, site cash box, etc.
  • Support in related audit process, as well as lesson learned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Microsoft Office advance
  • English proficiency is a must
  • SAP/Spiridon experienced
