Job Description

Daily Task

Monitor Network Status with Daily Status Report

Monitor voice telephony system

Monitor Recording Status

Support user request

Create service and change request

Troubleshoot any problem related to daily activity

Documenting Network & Voice Topology

Closing Ticket

Review existing/create new voice design

Tracking & Documenting IP Address

Support initiative and project based related to voice

Weekly Task

Support CR

Closing CR

Update initiative, task, and project status report

Supporting other team / Project task (if any):
Assist new hardware delivery from vendor

Assist replacement any failure equipment in DC room with vendor

Assist review design on new project
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 years experience related to IT Network Engineer; minimum 2 years experience related to Project Banking Network Infrastructure (as an individual and/or a project team member).
Having knowledge on network infrastructure related to Cisco NAC/ISE.
Having knowledge on network infrastructure related to Cisco VG Router, Cisco Switch, Cisco SAFE network design.
Having knowledge on voice system related to Treasury Technology (IPC/BT), Routing Protocol, Telco design and devices.
Having knowledge on voice system related to Avaya, Cisco PABX, voice system related to Verint & Nice; Recording, and voice system related to Billing System.
Having experience on hands-on troubleshooting, escalation process, and problem closure report.
User service experience is must and experience related to NOC.
Having knowledge on network monitoring related to Solarwinds Application, network infrastructure related to Treasury Technology, BGP and OSPF Routing Protocol, and network infrastructure related to Sendquick, Infoblox, F5.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
