Function
Manufacturing Organization in Indonesia Supply Chain organization to look after the Governance initiatives and implementations delivered and implemented in manufacturing operations properly to comply with Diageo Global and local government regulations
About the Role
This position is based in Bali reporting to Head of Plant
This role has critical responsibility as central lead implementing the wider company governance strategy, policies and programs through assurance process.
Lead governance assurance for LKJ site, planning and developing assurance performance, standards and capabilities to meet the site targets as well as comply to the applicable regulatory and legal requirement.
Build and drive proper plant operation governance and compliances with applied Diageo’s Standards and Government Regulations.
Responsible to ensure Health, Safety and Environment in the workplace are safe for worker and other people as well as responsible to ensure quality and food safety of product are delivered to satisfaction customer.
Understand and implement GMP practices and personal hygiene as part of our commitment to food safety.
Support to achieve Diageo Sustainability Ambition 2030 in Environment, Social and Governance Policy & lead site audit process
Good connection and exposure to the global team and build the networking across region, that helping you to shape the growth in career and aspiration.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
Strong leadership capabilities as per Diageo’s Leadership Standard with experiences in food/beverages manufacturing industries for minimum 5 years
Experienced in implementations of HS&W, Quality and Environment Policy and Standards
Experienced in managing many employees
Having strong analysis capabilities in HS&W, Quality, and Root Cause Skill
Familiar with applied Government Regulations in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality
