Job Description

Key Activities:

  • Ensuring the order creation based on customer’s enquiry
  • Responding to customer enquiries and follow-up to the respective department.
  • Arranging services for customers, e.g.: order booking & related to delivery information.
  • A smooth operational with administration compliance & reports support.
  • Initiate improvement input in order to deliver best service to customers.
  • Deliver positive customer’s experience.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer science or others
  • 2 years minimum experience
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
