Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
2. Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
3. Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
4. Processing credit memos
5. Prepare billing report

Requirements:

Bachelor degree Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Good communication skills
A thorough and detail person
Good organizational skills
