Job Description

Collaborate with the Marcomm Team.

Identify both current and new viral trends and insights. Including trends in social media recently.

Discover underperforming areas and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience.

Develop digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote Avoskin's product through social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, & YouTube).

Develop detailed reports that shows the amount of traffic online campaigns are generating, breakdown budget, and outlining the timetables and schedules for online marketing campaigns and social media customer service performance.

Building communication with consumers through social media (direct messages, comments, etc).
Proven working experience as Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing or other related fields at least 1 year. (Have experience working in an agency is preferred).

Great english skills (esp. Written and grammar).

Great social skills and teamwork.

Have a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Ads, Social Media Analyst and Content Creation.

Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills (caption making, video script, etc).

Have a big interest in the skincare and beauty industry.

Updated about current trends, events, and moments in the industry.

Passionate about the beauty industry.

Proficient in analyzing data.

Good time management skills.
