Job Description

Jobdesk:

1. Handel WA and Live Chat Ecommercs

2. Provide information and solved problem about the company needed by the customer

3. Forward customer request via the application

4. Inform General Inquiries

5. Follow up case to related division

Qualification:

1. Male/Famale Max age 30 Years old

2. Min SMA (berpengalaman min 1 tahun kerja di contact center), Diploma dan S1 min 2,75 GPA (Freshgreduate Welcome)

3. English Passive (Writing and reading)

4. Strong Comunication Skill, Logical Thiking, and Problem Solving

5. Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

6. Positive social media behavior, positive mindset, high motivate, high endurance & attention to details

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp2.100.000 - Rp2.800.000 per bulan
