Bachelor's degree in IT / Statistics or relevant
Have experience min. 2 years in the same field
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Good communication and interpersonal skillStrong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail
Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus
Good sense of business will be beneficial.

Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system
Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis
Create data visualization to support decision making
Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy
Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support
Generate regular or adhoc reports
Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc
Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.
