Job Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of partners' delivery service.
Weekly reporting of partners performance (delivery and output), with analysis and recommendation on areas that need improvement.
Troubleshoot operational issues in warehouse and delivery, scope includes: identifying, coordinating and executing improvement plan.
Ensure operational excellence in partners' warehouses through the implementation of Tokopedia SOP & Good Warehouse Practice.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum of 3 years experience in the supply chain, partnership or relationship management
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile.
Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships.
Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
