You will be responsible for online & offline systems and process improvement, work closely with online/offline business owners, UX/UI, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, and IT teams as well as 3rd party vendors, managing deliverables through the different phases of projects and collaborate with the functional stakeholders to enable synergies across our front- and backstage experiences and implement key business strategy and changes.
Job Responsibilities: Analyze existing workflows, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions.
Ensure solutions (including functional specifications) meet the business and process owner needs and requirements.
Support the delivery of new feature integrations, improve operational related activities and process improvements to ensure operational excellence in fulfilling digital and omni channel experience.
Collaborate with business owners, process owners, operation specialists and other relevant stakeholders to create and deliver user stories, user journeys and user processes.
Collaborate with CX Strategist to analyze user feedback, activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience.
Collaborate with IT team to define and elaborate user stories, implement innovative solutions to ensure releases of high quality and excellent user experience.
Participate in required sprint process.
Give training and create process flow (guidance) documentation for the business and process owners to use the new features and configure the new functionality to support the business process.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce, Information Technology Business Analyst, or Product Development area
Good technical background and familiarity with system development life cycle
Familiar with process design and documentations as well as process improvement
Good interpersonal and communication skill to evaluate and address technical problem early in the process
