What you will do:

Ensure day to day activity for team onsite align with the Schedule
Make report for all activity at the site
Discuss with client about Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Prepare Preventive Maintenance activity to ensure the Preventive Maintenance activity on schedule
Executed Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Give technical support to team and client
Supervise vendor activity
Learn special task from vendor
Updated equipment condition to client
Support client activity if needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 1 year of work experience or
Diploma’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 years of work experience or Vocational High school graduates with 3 years of work experience.
Having experience in utility (HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical) in plant/factory.
Good understanding in wiring diagram, technical drawing, SLD or Blueprint.
Able to create report (daily and weekly).
Passive English.
Able to operate computer, such as Microsoft Office.
Having work experience in Data Center as Utility Technician is an advantage.
Certified for K3 Electrical, K3 Elevation, OHS General, and OHS First Aid are an advantage.
