SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code. We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australi, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

  • Salary Review Twice a year. We will review your salary twice annually in December and June. So, you can focus on work and improve your performance every day.
  • Furniture Allowance. A program from SoftwareSeni while working from home due to Covid pandemic. We don't want our staff having back pain!
  • WFH Activities. We provide fun icebreaker activities in the middle of our working hours to chill and build relationships with all of the staff. Sounds fun, right?
  • Birthday Leave. We also want to celebrate our staff happiest day by giving them half-day leave on their birthday.

Skills & Requirements
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
  • IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc).
  • Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient typing and transcription
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic Research and Data collection skills.
  • Fast learner
  • Preferable to have a good understanding of English semantics.
  • Dutch/German-speaking skills preferred
  • Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable.
  • Have CS background experience is preferable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.
  • Identify issues.
  • Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.
  • Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent service standards.
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated data regularly.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following procedures.
