What You Will Do ?
End-to-end brand campaign management; starting with problem definition, relevant consumer insight generation, articulation of key message, campaign assets development, campaign orchestration and deployment, KPI setting and monitoring
Be the owner and develop optimization strategy of brand assets (website, app, social media, etc.) to support the brand and business objectives
Work alongside the sales team to develop programs and communication collaterals to boost performance of our distribution partners
Ensure smooth and effective collaborations across cross-functional teams (product, operations, creatives, vendors, etc.)
Consistently champion the customer voice within the organization. Develop problem definition and requirements for the Customer Insight team to gather relevant insights and apply them to all brand marketing initiatives across multiple channels and customer touch points.
What You Will Need?
5-8 years experience in managing B2C brands with proven track record of leading marketing campaigns across different touchpoints (offline and online)
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
Comprehensive understanding of the different communication channels; their roles, best practices, benchmarking, and success measurements.
Resilience in working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight timelines and considerable amount of ambiguity
Resourcefulness in problem solving and generating alternative solutions
Great business acumen and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have Skills/Bonus Point if:
Experience managing brands in education or other tech/digital products
Experience working in a startup environment
Great network in the creative/production/PR agencies and/or media companies
25 tahun* Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan dengan IPK min. 2.75* Mampu mengoperasikan MS.
