Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager will manage Hospital accounts and other channels, and will be based in Bandung but will also cover Bogor Area.
Responsibilities:
Ensure sales target achievement by working with customers to find what they need, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process in his/her territory
Accelerate sales growth in breadth and depth of responsible areas focusing on Top Priority Hospitals
Build and maintain good relationship with customer/KOLs and updating customer database regularly
Monitoring competitor activity and analyze market potential in his/her territory
Reporting sales trends, activity and opportunity through SFDC
Execute marketing activity and ensure to succeed new product launching
Work closely with distributor’s team to ensure that they are focusing on the same direction and achieving goals
Being able to provide primary technical support to customers in assigned areas
Develop business with concept selling and scientific approach to end user
Able to manage key account and supervise contract worker

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy, nursing or a related field
Has at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, and experience handling Hospital business especially in CSSD, OR, ICU, ROH and emergency department
A mature individual with a business development and service mindset, and with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating and presentation skills
Able to work well independently and as a team
Has a winning mindset and is persistent in dealing with customers
Flexible and able to work long hours, nights or weekends whenever required
