Responsibility:

Act as the Learning Dept representative for Class Trainer and Class Production Vendor initial contact for collaboration
Conduct administrative works for Class Trainer and Class Production Vendor collaboration (agreement, Payment, invoice, due diligence)
Manage and maintain Learning Management System (testing infrastructure and configuration) by applying best administration practices
Liaise with the web design team to produce graphic assets based on the technical specifications.
Keep training catalog up to date and organized in LMS (class description, zoom setting, course mapping, course mode, class input, and syllabus)
Work closely with Learning Content Team to ensure optimal LMS utilization in different learning initiatives.
Research, diagnose and identify ways to resolve learner issues related to learning programs or system configuration.
Conduct consultation via zoom for class audience regarding training/course

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
