Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the event.
  • Responsible for the execution of our events (e.9. Seminar, Expo, appreciation nights, PDO, IELT tryout).
  • Responsible for the production of our promotional material and merchandise.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and vendors.
  • Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups.
  • Event reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to determine market trends and consumer behaviors.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, hospitality or any related field.
  • Experienced in education industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events.
  • Familiarity with event registration software.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and attention to details.
  • Willing to be placed at SUN Education Head Office – Meruya, Jakarta Barat.
