Job Description:

Execute effective & efficient source-to-pay process by ensuring a seamless transition throughout the steps, starting from capturing business needs up to vendor payment
Execute Vendor Selection Process for both Tactical and Strategic bidding, and aim for cost optimization target by implementing the agreed bidding strategy
Responsible to ensure proper documentation upon vendor selection process to establish transparency and accountability
Identifying relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be included in the vendor selection process, and obtaining their inputs & assessment during the vendor selection process
Identify and execute Cost efficiency initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Execute the Procurement activities using the designated Procurement's technology and platform to deliver the SLA and the sourcing quality
Develop him/herself to master the various expected sourcing competencies to enhance the effectiveness in performing his/her role
Utilize the right vendor market and network as well as internal stakeholders, to support effective collaborations within Procurement processes
Execute Vendor Value Creation Program with Critical/Valued vendor to deliver innovation, better speed to market, productivity, asset utilization, sustainability, etc.

Job Requirements:

Experience 4-6 years in General category procurement
Able to become a strategic partner for users to analyze and map the best solutions and approaches for users best experience and efficiency
Good track record of promoting risk management, compliance, and good corporate governance
Ability to communicate complex messages clearly and credibly
Positive and resilient attitude, enjoying the challenge of a diverse workload
