Job Description

A co-working space in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager (Part-time).

Responsibilities:

  • Attend at business events and represent the company
  • Lead and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, driving growth, optimizing both paid and owned channels and devising techniques to engage, excite and convert
  • Work alongside the Directors to build storytelling, seed key messages and implement overarching campaigns to drive the community development
  • Develop, coordinate and execute digital marketing strategy including EDM, social media strategy & schedule, ads, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing/partnerships and public relations to build the brand presence both locally and globally
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and act as the brand ambassador
  • Allocate the budget to brand building and amplifying initiatives across channels
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Monitor and analyze our key performance metrics - quickly adapt and recommend changes when needed to help the directors drive awareness and raise charitable donations to our friends at Children’sGround

Requirements:

  • Must be an expats
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Be a part of a strong community in Bali
  • Have a wide connections
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field would be a plus
