Position Summary

The B2B Enterprise Tech Support (ETS) Engineer or Enterprise Mobility Engineer role ensures the day-to-day operation and health of the Company's organizational mobility products. This includes all Samsung tablets and phones both company-owned and employee-owned. Assist in value creation of mobility applications by engaging development and field teams to leverage mobile technology.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide premium IT support & consultation for Samsung enterprise/B2B customers in the Asia Pacific region (Enterprise Tech Support ( ETS ))
  • Conduct Log analysis; Dumpstate/Logcat, TCPDump analysis using Wireshark, battery stats, and leveraging Samsung internal analysis apps.
  • Risk analysis, operating Salesforce, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity of enterprise customers, within the required SLAs.
  • A good understanding of Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services & troubleshooting) would be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Good understanding of server Infrastructure, and hands-on experience on setting up VPN using ASA Box, etc
  • A good understanding of Networking concepts and principles (incl. certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls & routing) would be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Result driven and action oriented.
  • Proven ability to provide detailed technical report to stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team and direct external teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Provide specified consultation for MDM/UEM (Samsung Knox Manage, VMWare Airwatch, Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Mobile Iron, Blackberry UEM) and the resolution report.
  • Provide specified consultation also for frequently used 3rd Party application in Enterprise environment (Windows Certificate, Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco Any connect VPN)
  • Provide relevant knowledge update to Enterprise Customers by delivering workshop and training.
  • Create in-depth best practices and Knowledge base articles following ETS policy standards
  • Min 2 years working knowledge of currently available mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management solutions (Workspace One, SOTI, Microsoft Intune, Knox Manage, Mobile Iron, etc)
  • Minimum 2 years of Working knowledge / hands-on experience the design, implementation, and support, troubleshooting on Android mobile
  • Experienced Deploying/Migrating Mobility solutions (MDM/EMM) to Enterprise customers
  • Excellent problem solving, problem resolution & analytical skills.
  • A quick learner with the ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Able to think outside the box in developing and supporting mobile solutions for the enterprise.
