Logistics & Administrative Executive is responsible to organize supply chain operations to ensure the Company has a reliable supply of materials from origin, an accurate shipping and delivery schedule of products to customers and to coordinate the distribution of goods to customers, by executing choice of cost-effective and efficient transportation services, maintaining positive business relationship with suppliers, customers, and third party logistic (3PL) vendor, and streamlining process and flow of goods from point of order to delivery.
Responsibilities
Support key marketing and selling activities for corn derivatives product in Indonesia
Maintain excellent coordination with customer and manage daily operation with customer
Maintain excellent coordination with external and internal parties related to daily operation
Closely coordinate logistics and supply chain to manage stock and delivery schedules
Monitor and prepare documentation for importation and custom clearance purpose (PIB, BPOM, Clearance Letter, etc.)
Monitor and prepare documents required for local selling
Data entry related to Sales, PO, Delivery Schedule, Clearance Cost into reporting system
Provide regular weekly and monthly report as required by management
Do other ad-hoc activities as required
Requirements
Willing to be hired for Fixed-Term Hire purpose (PKWT) for 6-12 months period (replacing employee who takes maternity leave)
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related major
Minimum 1 year in-job related experiences (Fresh Graduate with 6 months internship experience are welcome to apply)
Have good knowledge and experience handling importation and custom clearance especially related to corn derivatives product.
Have good knowledge and experience handling third-party logistics process
Proficient using Microsoft Office program especially Microsoft Excel
Able and willing to do multi-tasking work, work under pressure, and under minimum supervision
Have good analytical thinking skill
Attention to detail and willing to be hands on
Have good communication skill, written & spoken, both in English and Bahasa
Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
Offer assistance with certain tasks.
