Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the overall market trend and providing actionable insights for brands, and sellers to utilise their marketing spend in achieving their business objectives effectively.
2. Understanding the brands, and sellers’ commercial and marketing objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
3. Working closely with agency partners and commercial teams to support brands and sellers in adopting Lazada Sponsored Solutions' potential in achieving their business objectives.
4. Building and managing relationships with agency partners and new brands/sellers’ marketing strategy and spending person in charge, including media management.
5. Being a knowledge expert for Lazada Sponsored Solutions suite and external media solutions. Partner with the sales team to educate, advise, and consult the brand partners.
6. Build solid relationships with cross function team to support the advertiser growth and act as a point of contact for our internal stakeholder day-to-day needs.
Job Requirements
1. 4-5 years working experience in business development, key account management or relationship management. Prior experience in Management Consulting, eCommerce/Advertising agency, eCommerce advertising, performance advertising, and digital marketing is a plus.
2. Passionate in business development and tenacious in acquiring new customers to adopt Lazada Sponsored Solutions. Resilient and willing to take setbacks as a learning opportunity.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Bi-lingual (local language) proficiency is a plus.
4. Adept with numbers and able to spot actionable insights through data and analytics. Ability to run basic analytics using Microsoft Excel (data mapping) and story-lining business proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency with data queries such as SQL is a plus.
5. Self-driven with excellent project management and coordination skills. Able to drive results in a multi-stakeholder environment.
6. An avid learner, comfortable with ambiguity and constantly evolving products and solutions to address customer needs.
