Job Descriptions

  • Menerima komplain dari konsumen.
  • Menangani komplain konsumen dan menyampaikan kepada pihak yang terkait.
  • Mendistribusikan sticker dan kartu member club.
  • Pembuatan surat ijin.
  • Menyiapkan pengajuan renovasi.
  • Menyiapkan pengajuan pengembalian deposit renovasi.
  • Melayani pengambilan berkas BAST kontraktor.
  • Menyerahkan data PBB / SPPT tahunan kepada konsumen.
