About Our Client

Our client is an automotive electronic manufacturing company in Batam

Job Description

  • Perform function test engineering and related analysis of products, to assist and support internal and external customers
  • Run test activities to define test plans, test procedures, develop complex tests to assess the effect of software release on hardware, and hardware releases on production, as well as application approval process
  • Work and collaborate in cross-functional teams to testing and new product development process
  • Perform failure analysis for PCBA and leads the Failure Mode Testing programme.
  • Guide and lead the Failure Analysis technicians in terms of defect analysis.
  • In charge of troubleshooting, correcting, and improving test method
  • Conduct device characterization testing in accordance with specified test plans, to ensure that the new product can meet certain specifications

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in electronic and mechatronic engineering or related field
  • Up to 7 years of experience in Automotive or PCBA background or similar industry
  • PCBA Knowledge and Electronic Schematic Diagram,
  • Well-versed in Inverter and Electrical Socket product in automotive, especially in testing
  • Operational Schematic reading and understand on the progress of the Schematic and the products
  • Knowledge in the Failure analysis and Root Cause finding
  • Measurement Equipment knowledge (Oscilloscope /CRO /DMM)
  • Understand the usage of CANanalyzer / CAN BUS, LIN Shifter & LIN Communication, SW analysis, Vector Canoe + DET, Unedified Diagnostic Services
