Job Description:

Main legal PIC for all Tokopedia's website terms and conditions.
Accommodate and arrange meetings and coordination with all stakeholders and/or requesters, to review and compliance check for requested business initiatives that need to be regulated in terms and conditions.
Manage the process of terms and conditions creation (new and/or revision) and liaise with all stakeholders for the approval process.
Monitor the requested creation and revision of terms and conditions to be lived in Tokopedia's site and all required action in relation to the creation.

Job Requirements:

Maximum of 1 (one) year experience working in a legal environment, fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent and has an in-depth understanding of business and corporate laws and other e-commerce related regulations.
Experience in drafting (Indonesian and English) legal documentation.
Good business writing and effective interpersonal and communications skills, in Indonesian and English.
Able to be proactive and initiative with good problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork.
Ability to work in a confidential environment.
Well organized and attention to detail.
