Our well-established novel translation company is looking for Translation Management Assistant to manage our Freelance Translators. This is a permanent remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesian freelance translators to ensure timely delivery of translators’ manuscripts
2. Control the quality of the translation to ensure the accuracy of the translation
3. According to customer requirements, timely update the Chinese-English-Bahasa Indonesian translation guide to ensure that translators understand the latest requirements of customers
4. Assist the project manager to do other related work
If you like to work with us, you will need to be:
1. Proficient in three languages, Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesian
2. Preference will be given to native Indonesians
3. Has great passion for online literature and understand online literary terms especially Chinese literature
4. Preferably with experience in managing freelancing staff
5. Ability to reply messages and emails in a timely manner
