We are recruiting for a Supply Chain planner based in Jakarta. In this role, you will help to bring high quality products that will touch the life of millions of consumers. Key Responsibilities:
Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses and distribution centers to meet sales and distribution demand, as well as inventory targets.
Reviews and analyzes stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions and recommends replenishment plan.
Controls inventory levels by reviewing safety stock levels to meet changing demands.
Prepare reports to keep management aware of potential trends, shortages, and SLOB as required.
Supports supervisor, vendors, and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of supply chain metrics and business objectives
Ensure compliance to quality, ethical, legal, and professional standards
Initiate process improvements within areas of responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Supply Chain experience (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing) preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
ERP (e.g. SAP) basic functional knowledge preferred
Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
Collaboration, prioritization, communication and presentation skills
