Job Description

  • Verify formal documents and process reports of content infringement on Tokopedia (infringement of trademark, copyrights, Food and and Drugs distribution permits, medical equipment licenses, and Direct selling permits/MLM) by principals/rights holders through the reporting dashboard;
  • Verify formal documents and process the document submission by the principals/right holders in joining Brand Alliance Program through the reporting dashboard;
  • Monitor the report of content infringement;
  • Correspond to the user related to the content infringement report.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Law (Preferably fresh graduate)
  • Interested in Intellectual Property and product counterfeiting issue
  • Great communication skills and time management
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and strong attention to detail
  • Hard worker
  • Able to work in a team and in cross-sectional functioning
  • Able to work full time on Monday-Friday
  • Can start the internship as soon as possible
  • Able to work for a minimum of three months of Internship
