Our respected client is seeking an executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Marketing and Brand role for the job of Brand Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As the Brand Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Category.
Job Description:
Lead and implement short to mid-term strategic marketing, brand plans for the products based on the consumer market, and technical insights.
Contribute to the annual brand plan strategies, by assisting in content and material development, therefore these plans are consistent with the overall mission, vision, and objectives.
Develop a strong alliance with the project team and drive product innovation projects with clear project plans & timelines.
Define advertising objectives, recommend the choice of media, and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for the intended audience.
Manage and monitor third-party agency or project teams, by proactively gather and provide input into regular reviews, to ensure deliverables are meeting set targets, KPIs, timeline, and budget.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends to review and adjust marketing strategies and plans that meet the changing markets and competitive conditions.
Lead, coach, and inspire individuals and cross functional project teams to realize performance improvements and personal growth.
Ideation for New Product Development
Requirement:
Minimum of Bachelor in Business, Communication or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Consumer Goods’ industry (Personal Care Category)
Possess strong marketing knowledge in order to be able to develop an in-depth and comprehensive marketing strategy that will support and drive the business strategy success.
Possess a strong understanding of the local and global marketing trends, outlook, challenges in order to be able to penetrate the market.
Possess a strong awareness of financial, commercial, planning, and control activities
Proven success in ATL & BTL development and execution (especially for General Trade Market)
Possess strong oral and written communication skills
Possess a strong business and financial acumens such as P&L reporting and financial statements.
