As Senior Recruiter , you will develop, implement and execute effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent. You will meet regularly with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the process and solves for all issues evolving during the hiring process.
Manages the overall talent acquisition process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation), negotiates competitive offers and designs local onboarding programs.
Advises hiring manager with a consultative approach.
Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Partners with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager on the design, development and maintenance of the recruiting process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps).
Develops new and innovating sourcing pipelines; partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow.
Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement.
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert to field HR Business Partners who are performing recruitment functions.
Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 4-5 years recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and in an agency/search firm role
Speaks fluently English
Past experience in the IT sector is a strong plus
Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills
Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required
A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates
Ability to handle customers and candidates remotely at international level
Experience with tools and technology including an Applicant Tracking System, HR People Management System, and LinkedIn Recruiter functionality required
Perform Quality Assurance checks during verification calls to eliminate incident reports.
Liaise with brokers through calls/ emails for any bookings submittedâ¦
