Business Function

DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities:

  • To Provide necessary project management support such as budget tracking, gathering of relevant project data, resources tracking
  • Maintaining an updated status of projects that are underway and those that have requests pending review
  • To ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams
  • Coordinate project team engagement and communication, ensuring effective timing and interdependency management of communications
  • To Provide a centre of expertise for project processes, standards, procedures and tools
  • Participate in Business Case development and review activities
  • Support and assist he Vendor Management team for create newcontract/renew/amend entexisting contract

Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years in Banking industry as IT Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Bachelor degree S1 in Information Technology
  • Excellent in written and verbal Bahasa & English
  • Willing to work overtime during the weekend
  • Having good analytical skill in customers demand and resolution workaround
  • Understand on basic data structure and processing
