Drafting and reviewing all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
Regulatory legal research and review of the current existing laws and regulations.
Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documentation in relation to the projects of the Company (which may include but not limited to financing project, investment project, capital market project, etc).
Legal corporate secretarial works.
Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers or parties (if any).
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the division for executive management meetings.
Requirement :
Bachelor of Law from reputable university.
Min. of 3 years of working experiences as corporate legal counsel (experience in prominent law firm or IT industry is highly advantageous).
Excellent proficiency in both oral and written English.
Strong analytical thinking with commercial mindset.
Well-organized, pro-active, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team with strong ability to work to tight deadlines.
Able to demonstrate high administering and documenting related to legal documentation and preparation or requirement any legal document.
Have knowledge and perform to work on high working pressure related to professional law area.
Strong skills, meticulous, and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
