Job Description

As an HR intern in Bonza, you will be working remotely from your place and involved in all operational support to the Human Resources team whilst supporting any special projects and employee engagement activities. Mostly you will learn how to implement the overall recruiting process in tech division; sourcing and attracting candidates by using online job portal, social media, etc; filtering candidates; and learn how to conduct the interview.
  • A final year student or fresh graduate who is available for a 6 months full-time internship.
  • Welcome for any kind of major but preferably from Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Management.
  • Have an interest and curiosity in Human Resource field
  • Selt-motivated person, proactive and discipline
  • Detail-oriented, excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Love to work with people and have a sense of empathy and responsibility.
