Job Description

  • Monitoring import goods
  • Understand Custom Clearance process
  • Correspondence with the Shipper
  • Shipment monitoring
  • Checking PIB with HS CODE tariff
  • Prepare of shipping documents, e.g. PO, Invoice, Packing List, AWB & HBL/ MBL
  • Coordination with the Shipper & Forwarder for determining the schedule, location, shipment term & mode

  • Male or Female, age 27 - 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Import Department is a must.
  • Understanding about import procedure and document.
  • Preferably having experience in PPJK company
  • Have PPJK certificate is a must
  • English (active)
  • Communicative, hardworker and detail oriented
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Slipi,Jakarta Barat.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
