Job Description
Be responsible on extracting data, monitor, analyze, and report traffic performance on Lazada (in term of page views, share, conversion, and other metrics) on daily basis, and support to build weekly report update
Drive initiative to improve traffic performance on certain product category, business unit, and seller segment, such as to improve share of page views, increase order value, or to increase conversion
Help to execute several operational tasks regarding traffic, such as selection of products/sellers to be given more traffic exposure
Assisting other traffic related initiatives led by Traffic Ops Manager
Job Requirements
3- 5 years working experience, preferably in retail or any consumer product industries (FMCG/ Electronic/ Fashion etc.), handling data-oriented role, such as performance monitoring
Graduated from a reputable Indonesian university or abroad, preferably with degree related to numbers
Sharp analytical skills and critical to any given data, with good attention to details
Strong data analysis capability balanced with good communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
Strong capability of MS Excel and willing to learn using multiple traffic monitoring tools
Manage day to day operation in the store.
Ensure all company SOP are well implemented.
