Job Purpose and Impact

The CSR and Legal Staff will help administer corporate responsibility programs and projects and support the coordination of community and volunteer events. In this role, you will help facilitate meetings, events and other activities in collaboration with corporate responsibility team members, internal businesses and functions, advancing the company's purpose to be a global leader in nourishing the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. Key Accountabilities

Design and monitor corporate responsibility programs and projects in Pandaan plant.
Legal monitoring system.
Provide logistics support for community and volunteer activities.
Collaborate within the internal businesses and functions.
Keep effective communication with community partners and vendors.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical and support audit external (customers, government, certification body) related issues regulation, legal and supervision legal monitoring in Pandaan plant
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience working in a fast paced environment and having to meet multiple deadlines
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Have 1-2 years’ experience in corporate affairs, government relations, or CSR
Has communication skill
