Responsible for monitoring monthly targets and achievement for related Products
Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
Understand the needs of business partners
Create relationships with new clients & build good working relationships
Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information & guidance
Responsible for after-sales services
Maintaining documents needs with the legal and finance team
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum +2 years experience in merchant retention, partnership, or relationship management especially in Fashion brand/industries
Preferably have sales background experience
Understanding one of the categories is suggested
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
Must be clear, concise, and convincing in communication
Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships
Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
