Job Description

We are looking for Seller Engagement to manage and develop strategies for group or category of our products in our company. As our Seller Engagement, you will manage the planning and development of key categories and key-sub categories; plan key merchant and products enrollment, design and execute the Seller Engagement strategy. You will work closely with the campaign team on promotions.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Devise long-term development strategies for each category
Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products and category
Foster trust relationships with Sellers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets Buyers and Market demands
Determine the positioning of each category to maximize visibility and traction for both Sellers and Buyers
Liaise with related teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of each category
Collaborate with buyers and business development to complete, grow and expand categories
Make forecasts for market trend and opportunity demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Assume responsibility for budget development and revenue for the category

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any major
Minimum of two years of working experience in merchandising, business development, and or category management
Having experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
Team Player, high Initiative, agile and resilient
Proven working experience in merchandising, business development, and category management
Up-to-date with the latest category trends and best practices
Have financial knowledge, B2B, and retail business management are preferable
Able to do analysis, convert to the attractive deck, and convince the Sellers.
Excellence communication in Bahasa & English
