Organizational Development (Business Partners, HRIS, HR Analytics)
Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
People Welfare & Experience and Employee Engagement
Internal Communications
Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership (C-levels, Department Leaders) for all topics related to People & Culture
Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities
Must Have: Have at least 6 years of full-time experience in HR / People roles, including at least 2 years working at fast-paced Indonesian-based companies (e.g. E-Commerce platforms, 3PLs, e-commerce enablers, Retail, FMCG, consumer products distributor, etc)
Have managed at least 3 full-time, direct reports in HR teams
Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving organizational growth via achievement of key metrics that support business growth including but not limited to: Hiring fulfilment rate, Employee Engagement Score, Employee retention (turnover rate), HR service satisfaction rate, etc
Very detail-oriented (budgeting, operational metrics, policies, legal documents, etc)
Strong leadership skill
Bonus Points: Have experience establishing People/HR department or teams from zero
Have worked in HR Consulting, Recruitment and/or HRIS companies
Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups, especially e-commerce
Have relevant certification: SHRM/CIPD/BNSP/CHRP/OD etc
Good technical language skills in both Indonesian and English, and good sense in translation, even without electronic/online translation tools/software.
