Your typical of day to day: The talent acquisition intern plays a vital role in the identification of future talent at HappyFresh. Under direct supervision, the TA Intern will support the administrative, candidate outbound sourcing and project-driven activities, which require in depth use of our applicant tracking system. The primary duties will be to assist the TA team in finding viable candidates for open positions as well as the facilitation of candidates through the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule
Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the HappyFresh recruiting process
Complete various projects as assigned Skills/Requirements

Ideally, you are:

Final college students that are pursuing a degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or similar related fields - we also open for fresh starters that up for experiences the most
Possess high level of curiosity in things
Strong communicator and articulate in Bahasa and English
Love to be involved in discussions and research and drive to conquer challenges
