ABOUT THE JOB

Create motion graphic video for Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, and various digital marketing channel

Career advancing work

WHAT YOU DO MATTERS

You will:
Produce motion graphic video 15 to 20-second videos that match each individual Member brand and make a clear call to action

Do sound selection and basic editing (choosing music that matches Member brand and enhances video)

Do a lot of stuff involving branding graphics, colors, and text; incorporate and animate branding assets into videos
Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate

Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtful recommendations to best serve our member

Ambitious. You want career progression and to improve your skills

Hungry. You have a big appetite to have a strong start to your professional creative career

Branding. You are interested in social media (Instagram is a plus!) especially personal branding

Community. A desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment

Excellence. You are excited by the prospect of exceeding expectations to earn incentives

Skillful. You have some knowledge of Photoshop and Photography even if not formal

Communicative. You have the ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently and idiomatically

Learner. Bachelor's degree (Plus point if you graduated from Visual Communication Design, but if you are a self-learner and passionate in design, you are welcome to apply!)

Experimental. Plus point if you have 2 years of working experience in an agency setting/photography studio. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Courageus. Willing to do NIGHT SHIFT for at least 2 weeks per month
