Job Descriptions:
  • Monitor the sourcing process of new vendors (online/offline) done by Proc sourcing team
  • Working closely with vendors on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor, conducting and analyzing research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing, product quality and availability.
  • Communicate and coordinating with internal departments and make sure the alternate vendor sourced has been registered in system.
  • Organizing and documenting contract/conversation between the company and vendors

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in procurement
  • Team player, good time management & critical thinking
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office or other software
  • Detail oriented and fast learner
  • 2 years experience in General Affair of Contracting/ Manufacturing Industry is desirable
  • Familiar in shopping at market place and excellent googling skills
