Job Description
1. Responsible to develop,manage, lead implementation, set KPIs and supervision of all corporate engagement initiatives that drive achievement of business objectives.
2. Project management manager for all corporate engagement initiatives and also to manage cross function teams.
3. Supporting direct report related data in order to develop tracking measure/feedback mechanism to actively monitor program efectiveness, consumer response and cost control of the program.
4. Establish step by step project management process to ensure good preparation and execution of consumer engagement initiatives as a part of through cross functional coordination and supervision.
5. Working very closely with all division of ICBP, including brand, sales/trade, corporate communication and also with agency partner ecommerce partner, enablers, creative agency, brand activation agency, CRM agency and PR agency
