Overview: Our sister company, Bates CHI&Partners is looking for Head of Design and Digital. This role is very strategic both in the bigger picture as well as day to day. We need someone with more specific background due to it is SOW. And this person will lead sub department with the most amount of people to lead (7 digital, 4 design).

Responsibilities: The candidate must be:
  • Art based (as leader of Graphic Design team).
  • Have strong digital background & experience (as leader of Digital team).
  • Senior (the lowest will be ACD level with at least 2-3 years in that role).
  • Hybrid (ideal would be fluent doing ATL as much as doing digital).
