Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for UL Customer Lifecycle Management through portfolio action, communication and campaign design
  • Responsible for overall UL Digital strategy which includes Digital Marketing, Customer onboarding Journey design
  • Explore new market, opportunities and potential partnerships
Job Requirements:
  • Min. S1 from reputable university
  • Has good communication skill in bahasa & English
  • Has good presentation skill
  • More than 5 years working experience – preferable Fintech, e-Commerce or Start-Up
  • Expert in lifecycle management and digital strategy
