Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles

Advertise open positions & Source potential candidates from any available sources

Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary

Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates

Perform re-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities (includes reviewing candidate's job experiences, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates in agreeable employment position)
Bachelor Degree in Psychology

Target oriented

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Start-up Enthusiast

Willingness to learn

3 or 6 months contract

Experience in mass hiring is a plus
