Job Description

Troubleshooting and installation of PC/Laptop hardware

Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 10)

Troubleshooting and installation of Microsoft Office applications (MS Office 2010 - 2019)

Troubleshooting and installation of Mac OS

Maintain documentation of Knowledge Base for support and resolution
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Have internship or 1 year professionsl experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure

Familiar with Mac OS and Mac/Apple devices (MacBook, iMac)

Discipline, not only a timely manner but can follow SOPs

Good communication skill

Have knowledge with Customer Service skill

Fluent in English is a plus
