Job Description

  • Provide markdown and Merchandise Plan report for all brands under their responsibilities
  • Support data/ information or working paper for superior to manage automation project to enhance reporting process and procedures
  • Provide manual reports e.g. provide weekly/monthly sales report to brands, weekly management report on stock and inventory level or other adhoc reports
  • Perform and ensure timely activation of markdown and M-Plan for business unit
  • Actively participating in Automation Project to enhance the reporting preparation process includes communication with the users and developers

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably from retail/FMCG industry, or 1 year experience in a consulting/audit firm)
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
