Jakarta Game Operations Intern Job Description

Moderate Discord and create a daily summary of the Discord discussion and feedback.
Answer community questions and escalate issues as needed.
Be part of virtual and community meetups, AMAs, and events.
Source feedback from the ecosystem to improve the overall Free Fire esport Community in terms of experience and resources.
Track and report on key community metrics to the internal team and stakeholders.
Track, report, and follow up on the community builder's online and offline tournament.

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a structured manner.
First experience working in community management or moderation would be a Plus.
Extremely comfortable in Discord, TikTok, and Instagram
Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
Plus: Background or passion for gaming and esports.
