Job Description

Persyaratan

Education min. Bachelor's Degree in Architect

Understand and be able to apply BIM ( Building Information Modeling )

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Revit Drafter / BIM

Have experience in Architectural, civil, and mechanical electrical plumbing in the field of consultant and contractor building

Understanding Auto CAD, BIM Modeling, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Sketchup, 3Ds Max

Understanding Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical drawing

Can make Space design, BIM Modeling (MEP system) and CSD (Coordinated short drawing)

Able to produce 3D rendering / 3D perspective using Revit and V-ray

Able to create 3D CFD models

Ready to work with project or contract system Tanggung Jawab

Drafting of Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical drawings

Perform Space design, BIM Modelling (MEP systems) and CSD (Coordinated short drawing)

BIM space coordination between multi discipline/trades

Handle drawings of complex integrated Data Centre systems / NOC / Office and 3D perspective drawing under minimal supervision

Generate 3D rendering / 3D perspective using Revit and V-ray

Generate CFD 3D model and run simulation based on the Engineer’s input

Redesign drawings accordingly to markups and specifications

Translate and convert hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems and/or 3D model

Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings

Review drawings for completeness and accuracy

Documentation and update all drawings while update and maintain drafting log

Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team

Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare As built drawing.

Prepare engineering documents, Handover documents (As built drawing in 2D and 3D when required, OMM) for User / Clients submittal
