Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities of the plant to ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost. The maintenance activities of the plant includes; plant & production maintenance
Establishes schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials, utilities and equipment
Manages and trains a team of maintenance staff

Master/Bachelor degree in mechanical and/or electrical from reputable University
5 years management experience in related field.
Have a good knowledge of the textile processes.
Have a good knowledge of the administrative procedures relative to the departments.
User knowledge of the ERP system in general and queries in particular.
Thorough user knowledge of standard PC software packages (such as Microsoft office products. Excel and Outlook).
Broad skill set including electronics, project management, process design, plc programming is an asset, facility management, mechanical and startup.
Strong English knowledge
